Scott helps companies translate legal complexity into business strategy. He has a long track record of guiding organizations in developing and executing legal and regulatory frameworks that enable growth, manage risk, and support critical business objectives.
Scott founded The Hyman Law Firm in January 2026. He also serves as Executive Vice President of Business Operations and Legal Affairs at NeuroEnergy Ventures, Inc., a life sciences company dedicated to realizing the therapeutic potential of exogenous ketones.
Earlier in his career, Scott was a founding partner of Martin & Hyman, LLC and served as General Counsel and senior executive at PanTheryx, Inc. from 2013 to 2020, where he oversaw global legal and regulatory affairs and managed the company’s international business development activities.
Drawing on more than 34 years of high-level transactional, regulatory, and operational experience, Scott acts as a strategic partner to management teams, providing clear, pragmatic counsel to businesses navigating complex and global markets.

Scott lives in Boulder, Colorado with his wife, Joanne. They have two children, Emma and Benjamin. Outside of work he is a passionate bicycle tourist; taking time each summer to explore the world on the back of his trusty touring bike “Pig.” When not training for his next adventure, Scott is an avid gardener, a vinyl record enthusiast, a voracious reader of WWII history, and an active supporter of youth sports, having served as a coach, player mentor and team administrator for local wrestling, baseball, and softball programs.
